1. Wallet recharge
- If money was deducted from your bank/UPI but not added to your wallet, it is credited automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment; otherwise it is refunded to the original payment method by Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
- Unused wallet balance is not refundable to your bank as a rule, but can be used for any service on the Website. In special cases (for example, closing your account) you may request a refund of unused balance by email; GST already paid and payment gateway charges may be deducted.
2. Chat consultations
- You are charged only after the astrologer accepts your request. Requests that are declined or not answered cost nothing.
- Charges are per minute; you can end the chat at any time.
- If a chat ended because of a technical problem on our side, or the astrologer did not respond, write to us within 7 days with the chat details; we will review and credit the eligible amount back to your wallet.
- Refunds are not given because a prediction did not come true or you disagree with an astrologer’s opinion.
3. Reports, Q&A and AI answers
- Digital reports (e.g. Love/Marriage report, PDF Kundli) and paid Q&A answers are delivered instantly and are not refundable once unlocked, except if you were charged twice or the report could not be generated.
- If an AI answer fails, the amount is returned to your wallet automatically.
4. Cancellation
Booking requests can be cancelled by you at any time before the booked time at no charge (bookings are free). You may stop using the services and close your account at any time.
5. How to request
Email amulyapatro.web@gmail.com with your registered email, date and details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
