1. Nature of the service
Astrology, numerology, Lal Kitab, Panchang and related content and consultations are provided for guidance and entertainment based on traditional beliefs. They are not scientific facts and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not make important decisions based only on astrology. Results are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, recharge the wallet or consult an astrologer. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Provide true information.
3. Astrologers
Astrologers on the Website are independent consultants who are verified by us before listing. Their opinions are their own. We are not responsible for any advice given by an astrologer, but you may report any misconduct to us.
4. Wallet, prices and payments
- Paid services are charged from your Website wallet. Wallet money can be added through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Applicable GST may be added at recharge.
- Chat consultations are charged per minute at the rate shown on the astrologer’s profile. Billing starts only after the astrologer accepts. A minute that has started is charged in full.
- Prices of reports and services are shown before purchase and may change at any time.
- Wallet balance is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use abusive or obscene language, harass astrologers or other users, share contact details to move consultations outside the Website, attempt fraud or chargebacks for services used, or misuse the Website in any way. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Content
All content, design and software on the Website belong to tarakotha.suryabudhadigital.in or its licensors. You may share links and daily posts with credit; copying the Website or its content for commercial use is not allowed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you take based on astrological guidance.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India and courts at Bhubaneswar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
